Synopsis For Massachusetts And Rhode Island Coastal Waters
Forecast as of 4:23 PM EDT on July 18, 2008 - Tropical Storm Bertha in the central Atlc will continue to send se swells into the southern New England ocean waters. A weak low pres trough will push into southern New England this evening as the main area of low pres moves across northern Maine tonight. A frontal boundary will sag southward and become stalled across southern New England Sat and Sat night. Low pres will set up across New England late Sunday into early next week. A tropical wave off the se coast of the United States may move NE and pass close to southern New England early next week.
